Natural Law v Positive Law

English "customary" laws (the "Common Law") includes decisions of judges made according to legal "principles" for which there is no written legislation (Natural Law). European states with a Roman law heritage do not have this element as strongly in their law (Positive Law).

 

In Jersey, they love to pretend that they are special however, 'Norman Law' is fundamentally 'Roman Law'. How exactly English Common Law came to be adopted in Jersey as 'customary law' appears to have arisen following Magna Carta.

 

Yes all the rights of Magna Carta applied at some stage in Jersey, most have been superseded, some have been repealed in the UK (such as the Right to Trial by Combat) but I have personally experienced that although the Right to Trial by Combat is still extant in Jersey they will simply not allow you to exercise that right.

 

Natural Law in philosophy is system of right or justice held to be common to all humans and derived from nature rather than from the rules of society, or positive law. Aristotle (384–322 BC) held that what was “just by nature” was not always the same as what was “just by law”.

 

Fundamentally, "Natural Law" such as the Common Law or the European Convention on Human Rights overarch any law that the States might pass and any action which might be undertaken by an administrator of those laws.

 

Why do those in charge allow such an overarching barrier to the exercise of tyranny? It is a was of preventing rebellion...

Human Rights - Introduction

I believe I have more experience that anyone in Jersey (which includes all Jersey advocates) of dealing with Human Rights matters - this should of course be concerning as it is a statement on how little human rights law matters to Jersey advocates.

I have already made four applications to the European Court of Human Rights on my own behalf as well as some on behalf of others. Which is simply to say that I have made a lot of the usual mistakes which applicants make so you don't necessarily need to!

It is really important to spread a deeper understanding of Human Rights particularly to those who are administrators of public law (i.e. the public servants).

If you have no objections then I will post up some of my experiences - which you may or may not find interesting.

Pollution of the Soul - the Dark Magics of Social Media

It appears to me that much of modern social interaction is detrimental to one's health, the programming of television programmes, news broadcasts and social media algorithms is specifically designed to lower one's level of consciousness and deprive beings of joy.

When one is connected to the divine, there is only joy, and thus those who would seek to subvert each being's conscious power of creation to its own ends must first divert the attention of each being from that will maximise the individual's happiness.

Yet all too often others present you with the opportunity to lower the level of consciousness at which the being operates.

It is the course of the development of a being to transcend from childhood to adulthood. This transcendence is not necessarily a function of age; but of maturity. A baby will find joy simply in the attention of its parents, a baby will not seek to exert its own will until the age of around two at which point it will exert a demand for its immediate desire, a teenager will consider themselves capable of acting beyond an immediate desire and demand the right to do so. An "adult" will be expected to foresee all possible consequences of its actions and act in accordance with its own best interest; which if the adult is an enlightened adult will be to maximise its own happiness.

It is possible through the life of this blog to track the progress of my own ascent to adulthood; a path which must ultimately lead to a return to oneness with the source. The battle to throw off all levers of control; first political, then judicial, then to deny the path which others would impose upon me and then most difficult of all, to oppose my own demons. The opportunities for misuse of the powers which I have always had, but of which I am now increasingly becoming aware are multiple and that in the search for enlightenment is the greatest danger. I could use these powers for the accumulation of material things, I could use these powers to manipulate those around me, I could be king of the world; but none of that will bring me joy.

2020 has been of great spiritual benefit to me; the determination of outside agencies to impose on me all manner of ludicrous ideas which do not bear up to rigorous rational analysis using the scientific method. The ability to stand alone and say to all others; I am the world's foremost and only expert on me, you are not a being of superior morality, you have no basis upon which to assert any imposition upon my freedom of thought and action; I will make all decisions regarding me and I will accept the consequences of those actions.

Of the negative levels of consciousness Anger is one of the highest, Anger is a level of consciousness which is preferable to those such as guilt and shame, but social media seems largely to operate at this level. The only way to prevent this anger whether on Hatebook or Spitter, is to shut one's self off from exposure to it.

Tempus Fugit and what a 12 months that was.

A little like the sorcerer's apprentice, I trundled slightly blindly into this whole magic thing and possibly pushed a little too far ahead in my intentions.

The challenge now, as it has always been is to maintain the certainty of the reality that I consciously sought to create, the progress has been at differing times slow or rapid. The progress has been entwined with spells cast sub-consciously as far back as 12 years ago. It appears that I may always have been a magician but that my perception had been veiled to the truth of this for much of that time. For the resolution of those spells is near, at that time I will be able to judge the efficacy of my ability.

The reality appears to be one of two things; either I have some form of pre-cognitive ability which allows me to "know" what is going to happen in order to prepare for the arrival of those events; or I am the source of those events. But whichever is actually the case, the result is the same and the only limits to my ability to shape my reality are those self-limits I impose upon myself.

Still I find myself slipping ever further away for the collective consciousness; not hindered in the slightest by the sheer lunacy of the collective consciousness currently. Social interactions largely remain painful, so I am withdrawing once more into this blog as the one outlet for my own cognitive meanderings.

So what next? As the future reality I imposed upon the world around me 12 months ago solidifies and takes its intended form, as my own confidence in my own ability is reinforced with tangible results, the horror of the situation reveals itself... to be continued.

Making Magic: Casting a Spell

So my experiment with the power of each of our consciousness' individual creativity has reached bizarre heights; I am going to manifest everything I set out to manifest, but the process through which the universe will manifest my intentions is crazier than I could ever have imagined.

The universe will never give you more than you can handle, and apparently I can handle an awful lot.

I now appear to be living in a reality far divorced from the reality which other people perceive; I made an appearance in the Magistrate's Court and witnessed the Magistrate aiding a Centenier to write a charge correctly, it was fascinating because the Magistrate was ensuring my innocence of the charge as laid as she went along. This is not something I have experienced before. As the Centenier left he was muttering that he could not understand how I could plead "Not Guilty"; when there was actually no other honest answer to the charge as it was laid.

I perceived the exercise of a will to power; government acting like a pack of hyenas to capture and bring down their prey.

Advising the Centenier that hyenas may kill prey animals but they run from lions, which is of course sage advice, appears to have caused some form of cognative dissonance. Were it my intent to do so, then it would have been cruel of me to so ensorcel him. But he is now so eager to prove me wrong, that I have elicited a succession of errors which I am now able to pounce upon.

Hyenas may run from lions, they may well lose their life should it come to blows, but that is not to say that hyenas cannot cause harm to lions, wounds which may take some time to heal.

There is nothing so terrifying to a government official as the question "Which Article of which Law gives you the authority to do this?" They generally act on presumption and they are generally wrong, they generally do not recognise the limits to their authority, because they generally have not bothered to find out what those limits are and thus inevitably they exceed those limits. There is something in the government mentality which makes them believe themselves to be infallible, which of course is the illusion governments like to portray and the Courts seek to reinforce. There is very little effort by comparison to prevent mistakes from occurring in the first place.

It was at this point that my focus started to shift to see the soul of the Magistrate, represented to me as a lion, and her words seemed emphasised at just the right point to be able to speak only to me, even amidst the discussions with the Centeniers as to how exactly the charge should be written. Communication on a soul level, on a level of perception beyond the mundane.

Now clearly I have no idea whether this was the Magistrate's intent, but that is how the information was communicated to me - on an irrational level. Information provided through irrational means is of course the highest form of communication. Information which I will therefore accept and work on the basis of, because in my experience this is the information which proves to be correct, no matter what your mind tells you.

Being aware to this extent; I know fully the consequences of my actions, places upon me a duty not to misuse this ability to cause harm, but it is so frustrating that others simply are not able to forsee the consequences of their actions (when those consequences are entirely forseeable to me). But fortunately this too is also very simple. One simply must base each decision in love. Love does not seek to assert authority, to reprimand or chastise. Love seeks to lead by example, to show compassion and acceptance.

I am of course aware than men of superior consciousness will inevitably become a target; I was struck as I sat in a Court filled with Scribes and Pharisees that the men we consider to have attained true enlightenment such as Jesus Christ and Socrates and even in more recent times Gandhi, all shared a similar end, which ultimately simply ensured their memory.

Financial Interlude: The tower has toppled

The trouble with being a genius and being able to predict the future is that no one believes you; well I chose to believe the Golden Jackass and as usual he has proven to be an accurate predictor of all things financial.

The true collapse of the previous monetary cycle began in 1971 when we moved from a golf standard, at that time gold cost £18 per ounce and yesterday hit an all time high of £1,245 per ounce.

Of course the value of the gold has not changed, only the value of the government debt. Because of general incompetence and self-serving corruption in the space of my lifetime the British government has robbed 98.55% of the value of every pound.

Why hold gold well if you can't see that putting a lump of gold in a safe is a far better method of retaining value than putting money in a bank then I don't know how I can explain it more simply.

But gold goes down as well as up?

The gap between 2013 and 2019 which saw gold held in a range (in US$ terms) for a period of 6 years required all the financial trickery and derivatives magic in the arsenals of both banks and governments; those last lines of defense have now fallen and the gold price will continue to blitzkrieg its way up to ever higher record highs in all currencies. Anglo-American control of the global financial system has been lost.

And so the next phase has begun, it is time to ride the roller coaster.

Bonds worth $15tn — roughly a quarter of the debt issued by governments and companies around the world — are currently trading with negative yields. That means prices are so high that investors are certain to get back less than they paid, via interest and principal, if they hold the bond to maturity.

Now you might wonder why someone would spend $1 today in the expectation of getting back 90 cents in ten years time, if you are not wondering you should be.

Who exactly is buying these bonds? Well you are.... I know you personally aren't buying these bonds, but your work pension fund is, your government pension is, your entire financial future is being evaporated away before your eyes and you are just too blind to be able to see it.

Glass: A modern fairy story

I particularly loved this film because it is analogous to exactly how society works. The three main characters have been bought together from two other films (Unbreakable and Split) which I had to re-watch to make sense of this, not that that was a particular hardship.

Each had unique and extraordinary abilities which set them apart from the rest of humanity, their individuality causes them to become the target of a secret society which is seeking to keep the knowledge that people with extraordinary abilities exist a secret.

The society employs two main approaches; firstly to brainwash them into complying with the rest of humanity, persuading them that their abilities are just delusions of their own mind and when that fails - killing them.

The reality of our existence is that each of us has unique and extraordinary abilities which for the most part go untapped because of social programming through education and social pressures to conform.

The reason that most people are not aware of this is simply that they do not exist at a level of consciousness which allows them to understand and tap into the powers of creation - we were after all created to exist in the image of God, the Creator, and in turn to be creators ourselves. Yet too often this power to create is passed to some other; the government, a church, a cause. By absolving ourselves of personal responsibility we miss the opportunity to create.

No one will look after you, so why do you expect someone to? You do not deserve "free" anything because nothing except that which is given to you by your creator is ever free, what you are actually saying is that someone else should pay.

To truly recognise "value" one should ultimately understand that only that which cannot be taken from you has any value and those are the gifts from your creator.

You may use those gifts or not as you prefer. You may choose to conform to systems which are designed to hold you down, to make you into an automaton with no individual will or you may choose to find your own path.

Existing at higher levels of consciousness is not necessarily easy; you will be confronted with jealousy and fear. Your very existence is a threat to the status quo and those vested in it will seek to destroy you - at least they don't literally crucify you these days.

But that in itself becomes part of your existence, you act as an example which others who might seek to attain higher states of consciousness might emulate.

And that in the end was the Mastermind Mr Glass' secret plan - simply to show people what was possible, to re-define the boundaries of what it is to be human.

Authority and the Exercise or Misuse of Power

It is often said that one only has power until one tries to use it, well I had the opportunity to demonstrate this to the Chef de Police of St Peter, Centenier Joao Camara.

He is a small man both in stature and in his own opinion of himself, I do not know what pain he has experienced in his life, but it has become clear that his motivations to hold the office of Centenier are not those which I would wish to support.

Our society has been built over centuries, the law is a suit of armour which when properly worn protects the individual from people like Centenier Camara who would exercise authority for their own personal satisfaction and self-aggrandisement.

He made a simple error but when I pointed this out to him, rather than apologise so we could both forget about it, he continued on. Acting with malice he made a succession of further errors in an attempt to prove himself to me.

It is not that I am a particularly clever bastard, but I do know how to read and whilst clearly many public servants assume that what they say is law, that is not the case at all and in most cases they are actually wrong or deliberately lying to try to trick you.

Those in authority get away with this in most instances because most people are too fearful to say "this is wrong" or they have a misplaced trust that the system works or they can't be bothered to expend the energy necessary to pursue the matter.

The system does work, but only because individuals such as myself exist to keep things in check from time to time.

It is no coincidence that I was called upon to give this lesson to Centenier Camara, I am often called into soul service for other people. Sometimes I am the intercession of the universe in other people's lives. At such times I have this deep understanding that the actions I am taking are not a lesson for me, but this is what is expected of me by God for the benefit of my community.

He of course is not alone; it seems to me increasingly that those who ostensibly serve themselves are largely motivated by selfish desires either of enrichment or emotional satisfaction - which of course is not emotionally satisfying at all to anyone but a psychopath.

So how am I different? I have no interest in controlling what anyone else does or does not do, beyond how they treat me. I will not accept the authority of "an office"; I will only accept the example of a better man or a man who is better at that particular task. I am the world's foremost and only expert at being me so why would I do what you say? I may consider your advice, I may follow your example, but I will not abrogate my responsibility for the consequences of my actions as those who hide behind an office in order to cause harm do.

Magic in Motion

Once several veils to one's perception have been lifted; once you realise that the majority of humanity are mere slaves, only they are unable to recognise it. Once you see politics for the mere charade and drama that it is. Once you understand the law and realise that it is all just a game. Once you understand that all the resources of the earth are tightly controlled by a small number of families who never appear on the rich list. Once you understand that all manner of methods are employed to maintain the control of those groups, who may not all be human; you begin to tap into the fundamental forces of the universe and begin to truly discover God.

The thing is that all the information you will ever need is there staring you in the face, one simply needs to unravel the mystery by putting the pieces together. This is of course the work of a lifetime.

But once you do understand this then the inescapable conclusion that God is Love and God is the controlling force which has been helping you to do this, then you realise that you have moved so far from the majority of the rest of humanity that there are very few people you can relate to.

For some time I had been feeling withdrawn from the world, it has been 13 years through which my emotional tone has been "It is me, alone, against the world". I had been considering the option of a hermetic lifestyle; but the universe came along and said, "well if you want it, here is your opportunity", which demonstrated to me that actually, that is not what I want at all.

I had set my ambition on attaining the Level of Consciousness defined as Joy on the map of consciousness. I had no rational idea how this was going to occur, it was just a request sent out to the universe that I was ready to move on to the next lesson.

It has become clear to me that I actually exist without fear but I can see that my mere existence has now become as painful for some to observe. Fear is a powerful tool used by the controlling elite to make individuals police themselves. It comes in many forms.

It is the fear of not having enough which encourages most to enter into the form of slavery known as "employment", it is the fear of something bad happening which makes people turn to "the government" for help, how many times have you heard someone say "the government should do something about that"? It is the basest form of socialism which says - someone else should have to look after me. Of course something else is looking after you, your creator.

The truth is that should you simply trust in God then nothing will go wrong - it may not end up as you intended but you will always be led to where you are supposed to be. Once you come to realise this then you will know joy for every moment is a new gift.

You will always be given what you truly want, but if you do not properly know yourself, then you may not be aware that this is what you want.

Making Magic 2: Kaballah

It is actually incredibly hard to articulate exactly what it is I am doing and what the results are, all I can really tell you is that it is working.

It has always worked but the process involved has simply moved from an accidental process to a deliberate and a deliberated one.

It is all a little overwhelming at the moment, I can see the patterns and the patterns on the patterns, but how does express them clearly?

That I cannot simply means that my understanding is not complete, but I will work on it.

So I am pressured with the intention of writing this blog regularly, but lacking anything of any particular merit to say.

Making Magic 1: The First Manifestation

The results of my first experiment have exceeded my expectations; essentially, I simply asked to experience being selfish. I wrote down three aspects of being selfish and asked to experience each of them.

The results did not take too long to manifest themselves in my existence... (at step 8 along the path as at that point I decided that this was not for me and thus it did not cross over from the real world of conception to to the unreal reality of the material world).

What is most surprising is that the idea was not borne of some desire for scientific examination but with an intent of its own (as a lesson for an other) and yet all a natural consequence within a greater manifestation of my previously stated purpose; i.e. to be a magician, the whole matter can be considered to be borne of that desire - that desire not being as clearly and cleanly delineated when the intention was cast.

So the next logical step would be to repeat the experiment and see if the results can be repeated.

So let's cast the spell using the 11 Steps; I have been doing this so long now that these steps are almost automatic, but for our purposes here let's go slowly through them.

This is one of those posts which when I read back in a year or two's time is going to show my own progress; but it is a working theory for now.

In order to truly "understand" something one must stand under it and look up; what exactly is underpinning the building you see before you, well the foundations of course, that which cannot be seen from above.

Bedrock

Step 0: I Protect (Executioner) - a step in which I decide that which needs to be protected and defended from the magic that we are working. Where basically everything is on hold until a new direction is found.

Foundations/Conception

Recently we examined some of the conceptions/ thought processes which had guided the construction of the Pyramids of Giza; this is essentially no different, this is the unseen parts and processes which are part of any actual manifestation. That there are 12 steps, corresponding with the 12 signs of the zodiac, the 12 disciples and the 12 steps of the pyramid beneath the all-seeing eye of God is of course no coincidence. This is ancient knowledge, and not particularly esoteric (hidden) knowledge, if one chooses to look for it, then it is readily apparent from any number of sources.

Step 1: I Love (King) -

Step 2: I Feel (Baby) - Instinct, sub-conscious desires - How do I want to feel?

Step 3: I Believe (Scribe) -

Step 4: I Belong (Instigator) -

Step 5: I Think (Court Jester) -

Step 6: I Receive (Judge) - The initial summation

The Universe Intercedes

Step 7: I Sense (Oracle) - The body lies inside the soul and this is the knowledge of the supra-corporeal spirit/soul - this is the step in which magic occurs.

Construction

Step 8: I Decide (Director) - The act of turning the conception into reality

Step 9: I Act/I Am (Hero) - The physical act of sending you intention out to the universe, say by writing a blog post...

Step 10: I Manifest (Producer) -

Step 11: I Become -

So in essence I have moved through to Step 7, at which point the universe provided certain lessons to show me the error in my thinking and I decided to go back to the beginning of the process of conception and come up with a better plan with the new additional knowledge and understanding that the universe has granted me through the experiences which resulted from my initial pass through the foundation steps.

Hidden (Occult) Knowledge 2: The Great Pyramid of Giza

If we examine the basis of the pentagram, the four material points and the immaterial placed at the top of the Pentagram as representation of life.

If one were to attempt to make a two dimensional representation of the pyramid than the pentagram is a fairly good representation of the mystical underpinnings.

Similarly a Pyramid has four points based on the ground and climbs into the sky, again a representation of our spiritual life.

However closer examination of the structure of the pyramid reveals one or two further points of interest.

If the Pyramid is dissected into two equal parts then all the internal space of the pyramid is found within one half.

Doors leading to nowhere are placed against the imaginary dissecting line.

The Egyptians are the source of the idea of an after-life; the Nile to them was the dividing line between life and death.

It has been suggested by a Japanese professor (who only lectures in Japanese) that the other half of the pyramid is deliberately left blank with the doors to nowhere, because those doors lead to the other half of the pyramid's inner space, which exists only in the spiritual realm.

Brainwashing and Social Control 3: Pseudo-Science exists and they teach it in your schools.

That science is a religion is pretty much indisputable. Science literally means "knowledge".

That people seem to claim that there can be a difference between Science and Pseudo-Science is something of a mystery to me; how can there be pseudo-knowledge? So I went to Wikipedia in order to understand why this arbitrary difference is... the article on pseudo-science was not particularly interesting, but the talk page where the argument as to what should be included in the article is very revealing.

Wikipedia carries the policy of Scientific focus: Wikipedia is an encyclopedia and its content on scientific and quasi-scientific topics will primarily reflect "current mainstream scientific consensus".

How can there be a "mainstream consensus" about knowledge, there can only be a "mainstream consensus" about a working theory. A theory is not knowledge. The question has not yet been answered.

What Wikipedia says about pseudo-science is:

Pseudoscience consists of statements, beliefs, or practices that are claimed to be both scientific and factual, but are incompatible with the scientific method.

"Pseudoscience is often characterized by contradictory, exaggerated or unfalsifiable claims; reliance on confirmation bias rather than rigorous attempts at refutation; lack of openness to evaluation by other experts; and absence of systematic practices when developing theories, and continued adherence long after they have been experimentally discredited. The term pseudoscience is considered pejorative because it suggests something is being presented as science inaccurately or even deceptively. Those described as practicing or advocating pseudoscience often dispute the characterization."

But this is exactly what happens in mainstream science; long after theories have been demonstrated to not properly explain phenomenon they are held as "fact" by the scientific establishment at least in terms of educating the next generation; evolution, gravity, etc. All these theories have been demonstrated to be incorrect in their current form... and yet to a school child they are fact.

The ultimate truth is that you cannot accept anyone words for anything; the scientific method dictates that you should discover everything for yourself through experiment.

I, Illuminatus: "The Enabling State"

As you may be aware in this series we work on the basis of the pretence that I am the King of the World and why I have caused certain social phenomena to have occured.

Recently we examined how the Enabling State created an underclass of "needy people" in order to provide meaningful work for people who would otherwise be employed in Bullshit Jobs, which provide no benefit to humanity as a whole.

An ever increasing number of "victims" seem to be proliferating; indeed "The Rise of Victimhood Culture: Microaggressions, Safe Spaces, and the New Culture Wars" a book which like the "Bullshit Jobs" book referred to in that article, began as a scholarly work entitled Microaggression and Moral Cultures published in the journal Comparative Sociology in 2014.

Campbell and Manning argue that accusations of "microaggression slights" focus on unintentional slights, unlike civil rights, which focused on concrete injustices. They argue that the purpose of calling attention to microaggressions is less to elevate the status of offended victim. "When the victims publicize microaggressions,” wrote Campbell and Manning “they call attention to what they see as the deviant behavior of the offenders. In doing so,” they “also call attention to their own victimization.” They do this because it lowers “the offender’s moral status” and “raises the moral status of the victims.”

There simply are too many people in the herd, but since my success is measured in head of cattle it is important to keep them all from going mad.

By encouraging, by enabling, people to self-identify as victims I therefore allow other people to be "do-gooders", to find some meaning in their valueless existence as members of the herd.

Solve et Coagulum: "The Enabling State"

On my most recent excursion to London, I was browsing the book store for something to read and I picked up this book. In surveys 37% of people considered that their job provided no benefit to humanity whatsoever.

Clearly the number of people whose work is of no value is a lot higher than this, but it was surprising to note that 37% of people were not only aware of this but actually continued to carry out the pointless exercise solely for material gain.

The more interesting observation was the social stratification which is prevalent in the modern world which can be basically summarised as:

"The Underclass": People who live solely on benefits

"Those who provide genuine services": Chefs, Doctors, Nurses, Teachers, Poets, Musicians etc.

"Those with Bullshit Jobs": Lawyers, Accountants, Analysts

"The 1%": Those who benefit from the system as it is.

Fundamentally, the Underclass perform a very much under-rated role in our society; without "the needy" no one would have the opportunity to do good. They may be castigated and criticised but our entire society depends upon their existence and their numbers have swelled in response to the demand for their services.

The concept of "the Enabling State" underpinned much of the development of the Welfare state from 1906 (motivated by the shocking performance of the British troops in the Boer War) through 1945 and to the modern day.

"Enabling" though, at least in terms of dealing with alcoholism, is defined as doing things for an alcoholic that they normally could and would do for themselves if they were sober. In contrast, helping is doing something that the alcoholic could not or would not do for themselves if sober. Helping does not protect an alcoholic from the consequences of his or her actions.

Anything that you do that does protect the alcoholic or addict from the consequences of his or her actions, could be enabling him to delay a decision to get help for their problem. Therefore, it's in the best interest of the alcoholic, in the long run, if you stop whatever you are doing to enable them. 

Enabling is not helping.

The decline of humanity has gone hand in hand with the expansion of the state. They are not simply "bullshit jobs"; there are jobs which actually work to the detriment of humanity.

Yesterday, we discussed the nature of evil. Amongst the list of evil institutions there was only one individual; Hillary Clinton.

Given that almost anyone should be able to defeat the most evil person in existence in a political campaign (hell, even a Black Man did it). It should be no surprise to anyone that the Republicans won the last US election.

But of all the possible opponents it was the magic of Donald J Trump which won through which is of course simply because he understands the nature of modern society better than anyone else. Combined with the complete lack of understanding on the part of those who would rule us.

Human beings are getting stupider. They have long since given up believing in Politics as an effective means of redress, but as long as it gives them their daily bread, the only other thing they need is entertainment.

They have no attention span, they cannot comprehend complex arguments, they question nothing... and yet everyone appears to be feeling that something is wrong.

It has been noted that over the course of "the Simpsons"; the intellect of the character of Homer has gradually been diminished - an action which has proven to be popular with the viewers. Similar observations have been made about Donald J Trump. Now it would be possible to observe this as either a cause for concern or a mark of genius.

It does not matter what Trump actually says, because each observer then processes that statement and reaches their own interpretation. Thus by making the statements simpler it is possible for others to infer an ever more diverse interpretation of what is said. For Republicans it is interpreted positively and for democrats it is interpreted negatively... when no one is listening anyway, why bother to talk coherently?

The base genius was simply to get so much television exposure in order to stand out from the field. The best way to do this is to say something controversial.

So Don is laughing along, giving the people what they want, a clown, an effigy to hate or a shitty stick with which to beat the pretentious idiots who think they are in charge...

What he is not doing is struggling to find any reason to excuse her embarassment that not even the highly organised rigging of the election could deliver her victory. The most obvious explanation for Hillary's defeat - that she is totally self-serving, as all socialists are - clearly cannot lodge itself into her brain because whatever else she is, she is not a liar. Her delusion, her psychosis, her detachment from reality is that complete.... exactly the same as with most socialists, especially the youthful who are fresh out of the brainwashing program.

What is "Evil"?

The moment that life exits the body the process of decomposition begins, the bacteria which each of us carries around every day begins to break down the body into its component parts.

The being, spirit, animus, whatever you like to call it therefore may be considered that which delays and defers this process during our lifetimes.

The Pentagram is symbolic of the individual; the material components of the body and atop it all the immaterial, the spirit.

Man’s spiritual journey through evolution. Culminating in the spirit returning its source in the immaterial.

The pentagram may be inverted with one point down. Conversely this represents the spirit trapped beneath the material desires of the material realm.

Evil, most simply, is the word Live reversed, it is the failure to Live.

It denotes an action which concerns itself with a purpose other than the spirit's journey to return to its divine source.

So within our definition of Evil, certain organisations which exist in the material realm, which concern themselves solely with material concerns - for example Multi-National Corporations, Large Governments, Hillary Clinton - organisations whose success or failure is based exclusively on the pursuit of money, are the very definition of evil. The larger an organisation the more evil it becomes, as it becomes more distant from any spiritual concerns and more focused on simply the acquisition of money.

What is "Money"?

Money is now a bit of electronic data that someone else records, before it was a paper promise, and originally it was gold and silver. All the money has been taken from most individuals and replaced with paper and now even the paper is  being taken from people. Individuals soon will have no control over the means of exchange and at that point total enslavement will have been completed. But that's for next week...

Brainwashing and Social Control 2: Prejudice is an Inevitable Function of Wisdom Which Even Artificial Intelligence Demonstrates

Last week we examined why young people are dumb, concluding that it was simply a lack of experience which necessitated a greater degree of effort for young people to understand what older, wiser heads would grasp quickly.

This week we will look at the converse problem, that experience leads to prejudice in the process of discrimination.

What is Discrimination?

Discrimination is simply the process of making a choice. We all discriminate many times each day, which socks to wear, what to have for breakfast, in these and in many more situations we make our choice.

What is Prejudice?

Prejudice is the factors based on personal experience and observation of others which will lead in individual to quickly conclude that one option or other is preferable.

If yesterday I ate Shreddies for breakfast yesterday then I have the experience of having eaten them and depending on that experience I may decide to repeat it again today or I may choose to have a different breakfast.

My prejudice might be that I enjoyed the experience of eating Shreddies and I am open to that choice in the future or it may be that I did not enjoy the experience of eating Shreddies and it is not an experience I will repeat.

What I cannot do is act without prejudice because there is simply no way to unlearn the lessons from my previous experience.

So Prejudice is simply a function of experience. Indeed learning from previous experience is extolled as a virtue in most cases "Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me."

It seems that even artificial intelligence can grasp this basic concept.

Twitter's account banning, which the company says was a bug, was "unfairly" filtering 600,000

accounts, including some members of Congress in search auto-complete and results. CEO Jack Dorsey confirmed the figure during his opening statement to the House Energy and Commerce Committee in September last year.

AI of course does not have any concept of "fair" or "unfair", it is simply programmed to achieve a specified goal.

Dorsey explained that the shadow banning occurred due to algorithms that take into account how the people following those filtered accounts behave on the platform.

Ultimately, Twitter determined that wasn't a fair way to assess accounts, and changed course. "We'll always improve our technology and algorithms to drive healthier usage, and measure the impartiality of outcomes," he said.

AIs develop Prejudice without Human Interaction

Further research by computer science and psychology experts from Cardiff University and MIT have shown that groups of autonomous machines could demonstrate prejudice by simply identifying, copying and learning this behaviour from one another.

Whilst you are told that prejudice is a human-specific phenomenon that requires human cognition to form an opinion of, or to stereotype, a certain person or group, some types of computer algorithms have already exhibited prejudice, such as racism and sexism, based on learning from public records and other data generated by humans, and further than that, this new work demonstrates AI evolving prejudicial groups on their own.

The findings, which have been published in the journal Scientific Reports, are based on computer simulations of how similarly prejudiced individuals, or virtual agents, can form a group and interact with each other.

In a game of give and take, each AI makes a decision as to whether they donate to somebody inside of their own group or in a different group, based on an individual’s reputation as well as their own donating strategy, which includes their levels of prejudice towards outsiders.

As the game unfolds and a supercomputer racks up thousands of simulations, each AI begins to learn new strategies by copying others either within their own group or the entire population.

Co-author of the study Professor Roger Whitaker, from Cardiff University’s Crime and Security Research Institute and the School of Computer Science and Informatics, said: “By running these simulations thousands and thousands of times over, we begin to get an understanding of how prejudice evolves and the conditions that promote or impede it.

The findings involve individuals updating their prejudice levels by preferentially copying those that gain a higher short term payoff, meaning that these decisions do not necessarily require advanced cognitive abilities.

Science loves to point out the obvious

So in this simulation we have a large number of individuals AIs all acting in their own best interest (exactly like human society) and they not only learn from their own personal experience but from observing the behaviour and results of the decisions of the other AIs.

The problem for the AI, exactly as it is for human society is that too many people act with regard only to the short term consequences of the decision, one can only presume because the AIs like many human beings are not capable of accurately forecasting the long term consequences of their behaviour.

A further interesting finding from the study was that under particular conditions, which include more distinct sub-populations being present within a population, it was more difficult for prejudice to take hold.

“With a greater number of sub-populations, alliances of non-prejudicial groups can cooperate without being exploited. This also diminishes their status as a minority, reducing the susceptibility to prejudice taking hold. However, this also requires circumstances where agents have a higher disposition towards interacting outside of their group,” Professor Whitaker concluded.

Society is a Mass Psychosis 1: What is Psychosis

Psychosis is a condition of the mind that results in difficulties determining what is real

and what is not. 

Symptoms may include false beliefs and seeing or hearing things that others do not see or hear.

Other symptoms may include incoherent speech and behavior that is inappropriate for the situation. There may also be sleep problems, social withdrawal, lack of motivation, and difficulties carrying out daily activities.

Social Psychosis is a term defined to describe "Like the frog in the pot of water who doesn't notice the slowly rising temperature and is eventually boiled alive", "Society is living through growing, massive delusions about the [new world] realities -- and what's needed to deal with them effectively. This is highly dangerous for society and our personal lives".

Of course the author of the above article is themselves a victim of social psychosis, the one which believes there is such a thing as a new world reality.

The mass delusion which is the modern world is the only social psychosis there is.
