Which of course will end up in front of the privy council as evidence of bad and unfair justice placed on the people of Jersey.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-667039295268759670.post-71266131619307935172013-06-17T22:16:39.016+01:002013-06-17T22:16:39.016+01:00Interesting :)Interesting :)Big Ehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15228210750484725153noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-667039295268759670.post-91604015657136483082013-06-16T14:42:08.439+01:002013-06-16T14:42:08.439+01:00Was the 1887 case from Jersey or the UK?
Strange t...Was the 1887 case from Jersey or the UK?
Strange that an international finance centre has not yet decided what amounts to a business yet - no doubt the G8 people would find that interesting especially since Ozo and Co claim this to be the world leading jurisdiction when it comes to regulation...
Reminds me of the lack of a definition of the term Fraud some years ago when they had to admit that the primary UK law had somehow slipped in during the 19th century to fill gap.
Jersey was and is the leading "make it up as you go along" jurisdcitioon as we well know and it will be interesting to see what they dream up to cover their asses on this one.Tom Gruchyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01384387998228996741noreply@blogger.com
